Beginner cooks are just starting out, following simple recipes and mastering basic tasks like chopping and boiling.
Familiar cooks are comfortable with fundamental techniques and can adapt recipes while experimenting a bit with flavors.
Skilled cooks confidently use advanced techniques, create a wide range of dishes, and expertly improvise in the kitchen.
Shrimp Creole, or Shrimp Creolay (as our students called it) was the delish dish of the day for the Brookwoods Campus Cooking Class. A special thanks to Guest Chef Sarah Stewart of Sarah's Cuisine and Catering for helping our students tackle a dish of another dimension. Our students rocked the heck out of Creole Cooking, learning how to stir a lot of yumminess into one pot.
